Returns & exchanges


  • We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your order*.
  • The items must be sent back in unused and sellable condition (tags and labels still attached) together with the original packaging.
  • Return shipment needs to be arranged by the customer. Any return costs are absorbed by the customer whereas exchange delivery costs are on us.
  • *SALE items are NOT eligible for return. customers can only exchange for other size/ colour in same style (SKUT).

How to Return / Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please contact us at
Upon our confirmation of your return request, we will provide further instructions for returning the parcel.

Please include the following in your return package:

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Returns form (enclosed with delivery)
  • Copy of shipment confirmation and invoice (enclosed with order shipped email)

We only accept exchanges for the same item in a different available size or colour.
We will dispatch your new item once we have processed the return of the item you wish to exchange.
Each order can only exchange for ONCE.


Upon receipt of all undamaged and correctly returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order, before it has been dispatched.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
